7.3 What are the requirements for the exercise of the right of withdrawal?

11. Force majeure.

PRODUCTOS NATURALES BAMBÚ S.L.shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when the same is due to events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Cause").

The obligations under these terms and conditions shall be suspended during the period of Force Majeure and the time to perform such obligations shall be extended for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure and we shall use all reasonable efforts to terminate the Force Majeure or to find a solution that will allow us to perform our obligations despite the Force Majeure.

If any of these Conditions is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, without being affected by such declaration of nullity.
